Trinity Behavioral Health LLC provides a range of evaluation and treatment options for patients with chronic physical health problems (e.g. chronic pain, diabetes) and psychiatric problems (e.g. depression, anxiety).  TBH LLC also works closely with physicians who specialize in the treatment of patients with addictions to prescription pain medication and illicit drugs using a combination of Suboxone treatment and cognitive behavioral therapy. We also complete psychological evaluations for patients to receive spinal cord stimulators or intrathecal medication pumps for the treatment of chronic pain and readiness to undergo bariatric procedures or spinal surgery.  We accept most forms of insurance and often can make arrangements to serve those who are either without insurance or underinsured.
